    There are four declarations available for you to use when working offline. The correct one to use will depend on the level of service of the case.


    These declarations will allow you to capture your clients signature offline and provide them with a copy of the applicant's notes for information.

    The relevant declaration should be scanned and uploaded to LAMS in support of your online application.
