LAMS - Legal aid applicant declarations

These declarations will allow you to capture your clients signature offline and provide them with a copy of the applicant's notes for information.

The relevant declaration should be scanned and uploaded to LAMS in support of your online application.

• Representation higher courts - first time high court bail only - applicant declaration

• Non means tested - Advice & Assistance, Representation lower courts and Representation higher courts - applicant declaration

• Means tested - Advice & Assistance - applicant declaration  

• Means tested - Representation lower courts, Representation higher courts and Exceptional funding - applicant declaration
