In this section you will find information on the work of the NICTS including attending courts, paying fines, appealing a sentence, jury service and the tribunals.

Please Note - there is currently an issue affecting the NI Direct Contact Centre’s ability to receive calls from members of the public. Members of the public with any queries about courts and tribunals business should contact their local court office or the relevant tribunal.

If you have any specific needs that may affect your attendance at a court or tribunal hearing, including any disability that may need accommodated, please contact the relevant court office or tribunal as soon as possible and we will be happy to discuss with you.

It has come to light that NICTS charged an incorrect statutory fee for a certified or sealed copy of a probate grant during the period 2015 to 2021. If you believe that you may have been affected by this error, you can find more information at this link.
