Courts and Tribunals

Welcome to the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals webpages.

Members of the public should NOT attend court.  While their name may appear on the court list, the default position is that their case will be adjourned without them needing to attend.

Information about the judiciary, judicial decisions and other specific judicial matters can be found on the Judiciary NI website

In this section you will find information on the work of the NICTS including attending courts, paying fines, appealing a sentence, jury service and the tribunals.
