Annual Statistics
LSA produce and publish two Official Statistics bulletins with its Annual Statistics series.
The first publication outlines key, headline statistics on legal aid applications granted and authorised expenditure for the latest year, drawing some comparison with the previous year.
The second statistical release later in the year provides a more granular picture of legal aid activity along with some legal aid provider and applicant information, while looking at trends back to 2019/2020 when LSA’s digital case management system (LAMS) went live.
