Corporate planning
A Corporate Plan and Business plan is published by the Agency. The Corporate Plan usually covers a period of 3 years and sets out the strategic context within which the Agency will develop its services.
The Business Plan is updated annually and concentrates on specific targets and objectives for the forthcoming year. An annual assessment of performance against Business Plan targets is published by way of an Annual Report.
Performance monitoring
The Agency provides quarterly performance reports to its Departmental Sponsor and to the Minister of Justice throughout each business year.
Each year the Agency is required to produce an annual report and financial statement. This contains a summary of the Agency's performance against business plan targets for the year including financial performance against budget. The report is published and presented to the NI Assembly before the summer recess each year.
