    The 'LSANI policy statement on the requirements for submitting electronic pages of prosecution evidence' sets out how the Agency will treat requests for authority to read and consider electronic pages of prosecution evidence (ePPE) served by the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland (PPS). In addition, it also sets out how ePPE will be assessed for remuneration.

    The new LSANI policy should be read in conjunction with the existing PPE guidance and also with the new Departmental guidance.
