    The DoJ guidance on submitting electronic pages of prosecution evidence complements the Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2005 and the Magistrates’ Courts and County Court Appeals (Criminal Legal Aid) (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2009, and further provides information as to how the Legal Services Agency (LSA) will process claims for payment.

    This guidance should be read in conjunction with the LSANI policy for submitting ePPE.
