The Northern Ireland Prison Service has been reflecting on how we can continue to improve, contribute to reduce reoffending and help build a safer community in Northern Ireland.
As part of that we want to have a discussion with our staff, partners and stakeholders about how we should shape our work. The discussion document ‘Prisons 2020’ summarises how we believe we should work to reduce reoffending and you are invited to consider the issues and to give us your views.
