Coronavirus Covid-19 Court Business Continuity Arrangements

Here you will find the latest advice and guidance for court and tribunal users during the continuing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation.

Following the announcements by the NI Executive on the local restrictions in Northern Ireland courts and tribunals will continue to function across Northern Ireland as normal. As an essential public service, work continues as before and there are currently no plans to change scheduled hearings. This is the same as the approach taken previously when tighter restrictions were implemented in some post code areas on 10 September 2020. We continue to follow public health advice in managing COVID-secure ways of working with a range of mitigating measures in place. We shall continue to keep all of these measures under review and in line with guidance from the Northern Ireland Executive and the Public Health Agency.

Members of the public and legal representatives are reminded that they should NOT attend court unless specifically directed.
