    The 'LSANI guidance - costs for excessive photocopying in the Crown court' applies to cases that are ongoing before the Crown court in Northern Ireland, where the defendant is in receipt of a criminal aid certificate. The Guidance does not apply to any cases before Crown Courts in Northern Ireland which have concluded. This guidance sets out how authority for excessive photocopying in Crown court cases can be sought, granted and remunerated.

    This guidance should be read in conjunction with the 'DoJ Guidance - payment for excessive photocopying in the Crown court'.
