    This guidance issued to the Legal Services Agency Northern Ireland (the Agency) under rule 4(1) of the Legal Aid for Crown Court Proceedings (Costs) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2005 (the 2005 Rules).  It provides guidance on the matter of claims for excessive photocopying expenses incurred by solicitors in Crown court cases.
