The Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2021 introduced new types of licensing applications on 1 October 2021, 6 April 2022, 1 June 2022 and 1 October 2022.

Fees have now been prescribed for the new types of applications and will come into effect on 1 November 2023. Fees for all licensing applications are subject to an inflationary uplift with effect from 1 November 2023 and you can find details of the current and increased fees in the Magistrates Court Fees and County Court Fees on our website.

The fees which currently apply to new types of applications are set out below, together with a document detailing the fees which come into effect on 1 November 2023.
