Costs in Protection in Environmental Cases: Summary of responses

This paper provides a summary of the responses received to the consultation paper ‘Proposals to revise the costs capping scheme for eligible environmental challenges’ published by the Department on 25 November 2015. It also sets out the Department’s proposed way forward on the matter.
