LSANI calls on practitioners to answer communications survey

We are pleased to invite our stakeholders to participate in a communication survey, which aims to gather valuable insight on their communication preferences and practices.
Why your views matter
As communication channels continue to evolve, understanding how individuals seek information and guidance about Legal Aid is crucial for the Agency to adapt and enhance our communication strategy and plan. Stakeholder input will contribute significantly to this endeavour. The survey is concise, taking approximately 10 minutes. Responses will remain completely confidential and participation is entirely voluntary. The survey will be open from 16 October 2023 to 31 October 2023. The survey is open to all those who deliver legally aided legal services.
