The Department would like your views on our proposals to simplify the sentencing framework for children by replacing the existing seven court-ordered community sentences with a new, single, flexible order. Wherever possible, responses should be made through the Citizen Space. Responses to the child-friendly version of the consultation can be made through a separate Citizen Space survey.
