The NICTS Board (the Board) oversees the work of the NICTS. The Chief Executive of the NICTS is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Agency and the leadership and management of its staff.
Board Members
The Board consists of:
- NICTS Acting Chief Executive, Karen Ward (who chairs the Board)
- Acting Director Modernisation, Digital & Estates, Francis Drain
- Director Coroners Service and Legacy Inquests, Paddy Butler
- Acting Director Court Services, Elaine Topping
- Director Tribunals & Corporate Services, Astrid Hamilton
- two independent members, Vilma Patterson & Albert Hamilton.
