Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team's main purpose is to manage the day to day operation of the Agency to ensure that FSNI delivers on the Business Plan and Balanced scorecard objectives and targets within the available resources.

Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is chaired by one of the Non Executive Directors detailed above. The Audit Committee is established to support the Accounting Officer in his responsibilities for issues of risk, corporate governance, internal control and associated assurance.
