Suicide and self harm prevention policy

The Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS) Suicide and Self Harm Prevention Policy aims to identify vulnerable prisoners at risk of self harm or suicide, and provide the necessary support and care to minimise the harm an individual may cause to himself or herself throughout their time in custody.
