The provision of victim impact statements and victim impact reports

The Department of Justice (DOJ), together with its statutory and voluntary partners represented on the Victim and Witness Steering Group, made a commitment in the Victim and Witness Action Plan 2011-12 ‘’to take forward work to formalise practice regarding victim impact reports and victim impact statements and publish a consultation document by December 2011’’.
