    Consultation report on proposals to vary the firearm licensing fees and other miscellaneous amendments.

    The Department of Justice has made the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Amendment) Regulations 2012 which will come into force on the 29 November 2012.

    The Regulations amend Article 15 of the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 to allow for the acceptance of a copy of the European Firearms Pass. View the Regulations here.
