Prisons 2020: Discussion Document

The Northern Ireland Prison Service has been reflecting on how we can continue to improve, contribute to reduce reoffending and help build a safer community in Northern Ireland.  As part of that we want to have a discussion with our staff, partners and stakeholders about how we should shape our work.  The discussion document ‘Prisons 2020’ summarises how we believe we should work to reduce reoffending.
