Performance of the criminal justice system from a victim and witness perspective

The strategy set out a five year plan covering the period from 2007 to 2012. Its overall aim wasto improve services to victims and witnesses and to increase overall satisfaction levels withthose services, within the wider context of improving public confidence in the criminal justice system.
