Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service - Membership and Terms of Reference for Audit and Risk Assurance Committee

The Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC) is appointed by the Agency Board to support the Director, in his/her role as Accounting Officer (AO) in monitoring the corporate governance and control systems (including financial reporting) in the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunals Service (NICTS).
