NIPS FOI 16:30 - Ten longest periods spent in Care Supervision Unit(CSU) in last five years

The ten longest time periods that a prisoner has spent in the Care and Supervision Unit (CSU) in each of Northern Ireland’s prisons.  Breakdown for each of the prisons with the following column headings for each of the ten incidents over the last five years (or longest time period possible to comply with cost and time exemptions).
(i) The year and month the prisoner entered the CSU;
(ii) The year and month the prisoner left the CSU;
(iii) The reason why they were sent to the CSU;
(iv) The reason why they remained in the CSU;

Also the ten most frequent visits by one single prisoner to the CSU during their time in each of Northern Ireland’s prisons over the last five years (or longest time period possible to comply with cost and time exemptions).
