These adjudication procedures provide adjudicators with the relevant processes and procedures that must be followed, to ensure that those charged with alleged breaches of discipline are dealt withaccording to the requirements of the law and in a manner that does not breach any Statute or Convention that provides for a person’s Human Rights.
