    The 'LSANI - Hardship Payments Policy' sets out the policy relating to hardship payments and how the Agency will consider applications for hardship payments, submitted by providers of legal aid services who are deemed to be in severe financial hardship, to provide one off temporary financial assistance in an effective manner. Also provided, the internal process applied and the separate application forms for both solicitors and counsel.
