LSANI guidance on Civil Representation has been issued by the Director of Legal Aid Casework. It sets out how the Legal Services Agency Northern Ireland (“the Agency”) seeks to apply its functions in relation to Civil Representation under the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003.
