The 'LSANI - Exceptional funding application for prior authority - hours' form must be used when seeking the prior authority of the Agency where a grant of exceptional funding is in place and it is considered necessary to seek additional preparation and/or representation hours over and above the level of the existing grant.
Please note that this form and any related LAMS request may only be submitted by the instructing solicitor and that a separate form is required for each legal representative.
This form must be completed in full and relevant documentation attached and submitted as supporting documents to the LAMS request.
