Circular 'LSA 21-19 - LAMS - Termination of post go-live transitional arrangements' confirms the termination of the post go-live transitional arrangements with effect from 5.00pm on Monday 30 September 2019.
The case critical email will no longer be available and any messages sent after 5.00pm on Monday 30 September 2019 will not be actioned. As such, all requests for Representation Higher and Representation Lower certificates must be transacted through LAMS..
This circular also covers points relating to interpreting/translating requests, next day applications for Family Proceedings Courts and transitional advice on how Pre Action correspondence should be submitted to the Agency.
