Circular 'LSA 14-19 - LAMS - Post go-live transitional arrangements' replaces Circular 10/19 (save for paragraphs 8,9,10 & 12) and sets out the limited transitional arrangements which will continue to be available for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 September 2019, referred to as the LAMS post go-live transitional period.
