    Circular 'LSA 08-2020 - How to submit payment requests for taxed cases' and the two supporting annexes provides further advice on how practitioners should submit payment requests for taxed cases.

    This circular should be read in conjunction with paragraphs 31-34 of Circular 13/19 which provides guidance on this subject. It takes immediate effect and practitioners should now receive certificates from the Taxing Master for both Civil and Criminal Court of Appeal taxed cases.
