Circular LSA 07/2020 has now been rescinded and replaced by Circular LSA 17/23

Circular LSA 07/2020 supersedes and replaces paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Circular 03/2020 in relation to applications for all levels of service. All other paragraphs of Circular 03/2020 continue to operate without revision.
