Circular 'LSA 06-22 - Introduction of guidance on seeking domestic abuse waiver' advises practitioners that with effect from 22 February 2022 Regulation 10 of the Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 was amended to introduce a discretionary waiver.
The new discretionary waiver came into effect on 22 February 2022.
