Circular 'LSA 06-2020 - Out of hours civil legal services representation higher emergency applications' advises practitioners of arrangements for emergency applications which are made out of normal business hours. In respect of representation lower courts, the process remains unaltered and if a case is before the court within the next 2 working days, applications can be submitted to replowermerit@lsani.gov.uk using the appropriate form.
This Circular effectively restates LSA Circular 25/19, save for paragraph 9 of that Circular which is now revoked.
