LSA 04-23 - Addressing applicant fraud and error - Future Overpayment Prevention practitioner guidance

This Circular provides an update to all practitioners on the Applicant Fraud and Error methodology which was piloted from April - December 2021 and the operational processes which have been developed under the Future Overpayment Prevention (FOP) methodology, which now replaces it.
