    Circular LSA 04-19 - Children Order Public Law - Pre-Proceedings Meetings draws attention to changes effective from 11 March 2019 and will be of interest to civil and family practitioners who are instructed by clients in Children Order Public Law Care Proceedings and who are applying for legal aid funding to provide advice regarding the Letter Before Proceedings (LBP) and for all aspects of preparation instruction and attendance at the Pre-Proceedings Meeting (PPM).
