The LSANI financial assessment domestic violence/abuse waiver form sets out the contributions payable, where the disposable income or disposable capital of the applicant for funding exceeds the relevant limit described in Regulation 6 of the Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. This form covers Representation Lower and Higher Courts only.
