Equality screening of opening final budget allocations 2025-26

The equality document consolidates returns from all business areas within the Department as well as its arm’s length bodies, with due consideration given to the impact of allocations on Section 75 groups. The document includes the salient details from the individual returns from business areas. All areas have screened out the need for a full equality impact assessment and therefore a consultation exercise is not required.
