Direction No. 1 - Remuneration arrangements for Asylum and Immigration proceedings before the First-Tier and Upper Tribunal is a direction issued to the Legal Services Agency (“the Agency”) by the Department of Justice
under article 5(1) of The Civil Legal Services (Remuneration) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (“the 2015 Order”) and applies only to Asylum and Immigration Proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tier Tribunal when the appeal is withdrawn because the decision to which the appeal relates (“the decision”) has been withdrawn by the Home Office (“the Respondent”).
