DoJ authorisation 14 - Exceptional legal aid and delegation of decision-making

Authorises the Director of Legal Aid Casework to decide all applications for exceptional legal aid, under Article 10A of the 1981 Order, in connection with excluded proceedings which are currently pending decision subject to a number of specified conditions.
