Criminal records filtering mechanism: Summary of responses

A number of general questions were posed in the consultation document, broadly seeking views on the clarity of the guidance, and asking what measures might improve understanding of the process involved and/or provide support for those who wished to avail of the review mechanism.  Respondents were also encouraged to provide views on any aspect of the guidance. A total of 14 responses were received to the consultation.
