Court Prosecutions Convictions and Out of Court Disposals Statistics 2021

This bulletin presents data on prosecutions and convictions by Court Type; gender and age; and disposal and offence category.  Similar disaggregation has been applied in relation to out of court disposals data. Revision notice: The bulletin was revised in May 2024, to correct figures for out-of-court diversionary disposals, as a small number of these had been double-counted in preparation of figures for the original publication.  It was further revised in August 2024, to correct figures for custodial disposals with a public protection sentence.
