AccessNI circular 3-2016

From 1 July 2016, AccessNI has amended its targets for the return of certificates.
The new targets reflect the recent improvements made in the processing and issuing of all types of certificates. The changes have been approved by the Minister of Justice, Claire Sugden MLA.
