AccessNI Circular 2/2015: Changes from April 2015

The purpose of this circular is to provide further information to Registered and Responsible Bodies.
The new AccessNI systems means there are changes from 1 April. The key points are changes:
- to the layout of AccessNI certificates
- to how conviction and other information will be disclosed
