LSANI calls on legal practitioners to answer communication survey

The Legal Services Agency (LSANI) is pleased to announce that our stakeholder communication survey has been extended to 30 April 2026. The Agency would like to invite all stakeholders to participate in the survey which aims to gather valuable insight on communication preferences and practices.
Why your views matter
As communication channels continue to evolve, understanding how individuals seek information and guidance about Legal Aid is crucial for the Agency to adapt and enhance our communication strategy and plan. Stakeholder input will contribute significantly to this endeavour.
The survey is concise, taking approximately 10 minutes. Responses are anonymous and participation is entirely voluntary. The survey opened on 26 March 2026 and will close on 30 April 2026.
