    The Legal Services Agency is hosting a focused online session on how to successfully apply for the Domestic Abuse Waiver. Delivered by experienced Agency staff, the session will explain the process and discuss the supporting evidence required to process these applications efficiently. Understanding these requirements will help minimise queries and avoid delays. Changes in the Guidance have recently been introduced and the session is a good opportunity for you to get up to speed with these.

    The Legal Services Agency invites you to attend this session which will be delivered virtually via MS Teams and is open to all members of the profession and their employees who undertake civil legal services that require applying for the Domestic Abuse Waiver. If you wish to attend you will be required to register in advance via the booking link.

    The sessions are free of charge and details are as follows:

    • Date: Thursday 22 January 2026
    • Time: 1.00pm
    • Duration: Approximately 1 hour
