    The Legal Services Agency is hosting a focused online session on means testing for civil legal aid applications. Delivered by experienced Agency staff, the session will provide a detailed overview of the financial information and supporting evidence required to process applications efficiently. Understanding these requirements will help minimise queries, avoid delays, and reduce the number of application withdrawals.

    The Legal Services Agency invites you to attend this session which will be delivered virtually via MS Teams and is open to all members of the profession and their employees who undertake civil legal services that require means testing. If you wish to attend you will be required to register in advance via Booking - Legal Aid 'How to....' Session for Financial Eligibility and Means Testing. 

    The sessions are free of charge and details are as follows:

    • Date: Tuesday 6 May 2025
    • Time: 12.15pm
    • Duration: 1 hour
