    Consultation description

    The Department of Justice would like to hear from members of the public, from community and voluntary organisations, and from anyone with an interest in and knowledge of the victim and witness experience.

    In particular, those with experience of being a victim of or witness to crime are being asked to respond to the call for views, which will help the Department of Justice develop a new Victim and Witness Strategy for 2025 – 2030.

    Hard copies of this document, and copies in other formats (including Braille, large print etc.), are available upon request by Email . If it would assist you to access the document in an alternative format, or language other than English, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.

    If you would prefer to answer the survey questions by telephone, please Email us at providing a name and contact telephone number and we will assist you. In line with GDPR and data protection, your name and contact details will not be published and will be deleted once the call for evidence has been completed.
