    Summary

    This consultation seeks views on proposals on amendments to the Regulations that govern the procedure of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST). These amendments are required as a result of the intention of the Department of Education to commence aspects of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (the SEND Act).
