Proposed fee structure for court funds office

The consultation document sets out the role of the Court Funds Office and explains why a change to the current cost recovery mechanism is required. The consultation seeks views from all interested groups and individuals on the proposed fee structure. We would particularly like to receive comments from those who use the services of CFO. It would be helpful if representative groups in responding could give an overview of the people, organisations and numbers that they represent when they respond.
