Summary
This consultation paper is seeking views on:• creating a specific offence to capture patterns of coercive and controlling behaviour in intimate relationships; and,
• whether current arrangements can be enhanced by the establishment of a Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme in Northern Ireland.
